The challenge
To support our London-based cross-functional team we are now looking for a Support Services Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operation of our office, internal/external client helpdesk and deliver a variety of administrative duties as an integrated 'on-site' extension of our support functions for London and Derby-based colleagues, and external clients. Day-to-day examples are:
 Process/deliver internal support requests
 Facilitate and maintain Health & Safety e-learning training contract and records
 Health and Safety inductions for colleagues and Facilities contractors in London
 Support the Facilities Manager in managing the London office facilities
 Organising facility maintenance within office environment
 Ensure fire, environmental and H&S arrangements are maintained locally
 Maintain archive database including sending and retrieving of material as required
 Ensure office environment is tidy, clean and presentable for both staff and visiting clients
 Order and maintain all office supplies

What we are looking for
Someone who passionately cares about delivering proactive, accurate, high-quality support services to internal and external clients. A self-starter, able to work with a minimum of supervision with strong admin skills, IT literacy and in-depth ability with Microsoft Office packages are a must. Whilst in no way essential as training would be provided, prior experience of support desk systems would be a plus point for us.
A resilient, positive communicator and self-starter, comfortable with delivering support to internal and external stakeholders from all backgrounds. Outgoing with real energy and drive, and confident providing advice, guidance, instruction and challenge as appropriate.
