The Role:
Design, develop and deliver innovative structured training to enable effective adoption of our systems to maximise operational user adoption and understanding of commercial benefits for our customers and partners

 Collaborate with our customer engagement team, our project delivery teams and our customers to determine the direction and priorities of training requirements to support delivery, implementation and engaged use of our systems
 Analyse and interpret user requirements, technical specifications, application features and functions translating them into appropriate training formats
 Design training packages for our software systems; from high-level overviews to detailed functional training
 Develop and deliver high quality programmes, schedules and materials in appropriate formats (e.g. video, quick reference cards, manuals and presentation decks, etc.) that can be delivered live, online, via a LMS or used as a stand-alone job aid), to both technical and non-technical stakeholders externally or internally
 Keep abreast of new/future developments within our systems, so that training stays current
 Work with our customer support function to analyse and identify opportunities to address common issues through revised training design and/or intervention

Travel to client sites will be a requirement of this role (e.g. for requirements capture, to conduct customer training, etc.)
Specific qualifications and accreditations, required by clients, may form part of the selection criteria

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
 Significant experience with a proven track record in design, development and delivery of training to support software system and technology implementations in a commercial context
 Instructional design skills and the ability to produce clear, concise and creative materials in accordance with learning principles
 Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques as well as knowledge of relevant online learning technology and software including both content development and range of channels (forums, social media, etc.)
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and appropriate eLearning development tools i.e. Articulate 360, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.

 Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively; making timely decisions to meet project deadlines and business needs
