The Role:
A new opportunity has become available for a CMMS Specialist to start on a 12 month contract with a leading Oil & Gas company. Reporting to the Lead Support Engineer, the role is responsible for delivery of the CMMS Process guides, Work Instructions, and Terms of Reference. This is in preparation of the Operate Phase, transitioning to best in class for operational excellence. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure the CMMS data integrity is maintained
  • Manage change, via the Z6 process in accordance with documented process
  • Configure Bills of Material/Quantity, measure the usage and improve its quality.
  • Operation and maintenance documentation updates
  • Maintenance Planning configuration and management
  • Maintenance Procedure configuration (Task Lists)
  • Configure Measuring points and Performance based maintenance
  • Use Process Runner to update SAP in bulk
  • Periodic health check-up for maintenance data and initiate the subsequent clean up
  • Create Automation/Tools/Process improvements to simplify the Run & Maintain Process data management which improved the Speed & Delivery in the process
  • Perform within KPI requirements, including reporting and delivery of workflows

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Oil & Gas or any equivalent industry
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Hands on Experience in Plant Maintenance area as an engineering/end user of SAP PM Module/ CMMS
  • Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools
  • Skills in MS Office tools like Excel/Access
  • Experience in processing the master data change requests (Z6) in SAP PM is highly desirable and preferred
  • Effective communication skill and stakeholder management
  • Able to multi-task, prioritise and ensure delivery of priorities
  • Virtual working experience would be added advantage
