The Role:
The key to the LNG Asset production success is reliability & availability. As such, high uptimes are expected from all equipment to meet these requirements whilst delivering asset integrity at the lowest possible cost consistent to HSE goal zero commitment.

1. Assist maintaining procedures and PM's for equipment including optimising Task lists, defining operations requirements, writing or re-drafting procedures and assisting work pack development.
2. Assist in Maintenance improvement with respect to review of equipment repair strategy, spare parts, BOM's etc.
3. Take ownership of equipment preservation strategy, fabric maintenance strategy and general equipment strategy.
4. Assist the asset in understanding the current deviation/ mitigation status for safety critical equipment and identify requirements in maintaining acceptable mitigation protections.
5. Participate in the maintenance process meetings, driving consistent work process.
6. Participate in root cause failure analysis to prevent re-occurrence of equipment failures.
7. Participate in optimisation efforts through RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance), PMO (Preventive Maintenance Optimisation), RBI (Risk Based Inspection.
8. Be prepared to periodically spend time offshore as a front-line support engineer

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and/or 5-10 years of experience in applying the discipline skill to oil and gas projects.
Recent experience in an operating environment in an oil & gas processing facility is favourable.
* A good understanding of other disciplines in engineering
* Knowledge of LNG, Utility, Steam, Marine, Offshore systems is beneficial.
* Experienced in the development of work process and the writing of technical documentation.
* Prior experience and knowledge of the development and/or optimisation of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (SAP-PM)
