The Role:
The key to the FLNG Asset production success is reliability & availability. As such, high uptimes are expected from all equipment to meet these requirements whilst delivering asset integrity at the lowest possible cost consistent to HSE goal zero commitment.

1. Assist with maintaining CMMS technical data for a subset of mechanical and/or technical safety equipment installed including definition of functional locations, SCE identification, Performance Standards setting, Assurance Activity implementation and QM module requirements.
2. Ensure that maintenance procedures and PM's for equipment included in the CMMS are fit for purpose including Task lists, Operations requirements, standard text, PRT, Work centres etc.
3. Assist in Maintenance Improvement with respect to review of equipment repair strategy, spare parts, BOM's etc.
4. Support the offshore maintenance execution team's delivery of asset integrity and high production availability acting as first point of contact for designated equipment groups.
5. Carry out monitoring and surveillance of the facility equipment in care to;
-identify maintenance intervention needs.
-develop the required scope and organise these resources.
-support the execution of the work
6. Carry out root cause failure analysis to prevent re-occurrence of equipment failures.
7. Participate or lead optimisation efforts through RCM (Reliability Centred Maintenance), PMO (Preventive Maintenance Optimisation), RBI (Risk Based Inspection.
8. Be prepared to periodically spend time offshore as a front-line support engineer.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Preference is for the Candidate to have technical experience in any of the disciplines mechanical engineering / Tech Safety / Marine / Offshore Structures.
* Recent experience in an operating environment in an oil & gas processing facility.
* Qualified engineer and have a good understanding of other disciplines in engineering to challenge and collaborate across disciplines in a meaningful way.
* Experience of LNG, Utility, Steam, Marine, Offshore systems is beneficial.
* Experienced in contract development, mobilisation and management.
* Experienced in the development of work process and the writing of technical documentation.
* Prior experience and knowledge of the development and/or optimisation of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (SAP-PM) *
