The Role:
Our client is looking for a Reservoir Engineer to work on a long term contract. Successful candidates will work within an integrated subsurface team with day-to-day direction from the Asset Petroleum Engineering Lead.

Responsibilities:

* Developing new & interrogating Operator's IRMs
* Update existing dynamic and IPSM models to generate production forecasts for input towards Decision Gates, Business Plans and ARPR.
* Support integration of subsurface and technical assumptions and inputs within their respective NOV Governance teams.
* Ensure reservoir engineering standards are maintained and that best practices are implemented
* Provide coaching/mentoring of younger staff and support both peers and the broader PTD leadership team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Circa 5-10 years of technical experience in the hydrocarbon/energy industry
* Skilled in Reservoir Simulation
* Relevant experience with Reservoir Engineering tools; i.e. MoReS, Eclipse, Intersect, MBAL, etc.
* Skilled in IPSM and Knowledge of IRM workflows
* Strong communication and presentation skills
