Role Synopsis:
The primary purpose of the Talent Acquisition Specialist role is to manage both external and internal Experienced hiring and work with the business to identify, engage and attract talent to the client.
The role holder will work closely with stakeholders from the business, and the wider Talent Acquisition organization to ensure that the client's talent strategy is realized, with a focus on quality of hire, D&I and critical capabilities. The role holder will operate as an expert advisor and coach to hiring managers enabling them to lead in a way that is consistent with client's V&Bs and Leadership Expectations.
The role holder is responsible for:
* Delivery of experienced hiring demand across a defined area
* Working with the Sourcing & Attraction team to develop sourcing & attraction strategies
Key Accountabilities:
* Act as a discipline/ regional talent expert, both internally and externally, for their areas
* Provide Global connectivity to TA Discipline experts around the globe
* Lead/Support Global TA initiatives * Link effectively with the Sourcing and Attraction team on critical hiring initiatives
* Partner with Line Managers and BFHR responsible for candidate experience
* Provide insight to hiring manager on country/regional talent market
* Work with hiring manager to develop appropriate sourcing strategy
* Conduct role briefing and discuss benchmark internal/external profiles and assessment criteria with hiring manager
* Post roles internally and externally
* Actively source internally using talent data and externally through targeted attraction activities
* Implement standard application and assessment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience
* Review CVs based on agreed assessment criteria and screen video interviews based on deep discipline-based knowledge or country/region knowledge) * Undertake 3rd party vendor management
* Undertake interviews and other relevant assessments
* Drive Diversity using Rules of the Road and creative Sourcing & Attraction strategies
* Offer management - work with reward and BFHR to put together offers and deliver the offer in partnership with Line Managers
* Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring across the organization

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:
Actively working to develop capability in line with the HR capability framework, with an equal blend of EQ, IQ and drive.
* Deep experience and knowledge in permanent Talent Acquisition at a large multinational
* Significant experience using candidate sourcing techniques with a proven ability to identify and attract individuals from scarce skill and diverse backgrounds
* Adept at screening, assessing and managing candidates throughout a recruitment process including offer management
* Numeracy & analytical thinking - able to quickly and effectively analyze system generated data to provide insights (talent, reward, performance) and assimilate data and information from a range of sources to inform business insights
* Risk Management - able to manage complex ER/IR cases responsibly, identifying, pre-empting and mitigating high risk situations

Puts the customer/business at the heart of all recommendations and decisions.
Desirable Criteria:
* International TA experience
* Familiarity with TA Software packages
* Ability to develop and interpret TA MI
Essential Education: *
Degree qualified or equivalent experience/education
