The Role:

Reporting to the TTPU Operations Services Manager, the Specialist Maintenance A&I is responsible for leading all maintenance and reliability A&I activity within the PU and for working closely with stakeholders across the business to proactively identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives.
In this capacity the incumbent will work closely with Operations, Surface Engineering, Subsurface, Supply, HSE, Finance, external vendors and other stakeholders to evaluate key equipment performance and reliability, provide insightful and timely performance reporting, and develop optimized maintenance strategies with the goal of minimizing operational risk and maximizing reliability and efficiency.
The incumbent will also be required to champion the Fircroft Transformation Program within the TTPU and proactively engage with the other Petroleum Production Units, central Petroleum teams and the Maintenance Center of Excellence (MCOE) to identify, share, standardize and adopt best practices.

* Outstanding and proven project management capability.
* Strong data analytics, reporting and communication skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of oil & gas maintenance and integrity management systems.
* Strong understanding of Operations Control of Work and Safety Management processes as applied to Production Operations, Maintenance, Marine Operations, Drilling and Construction activities.
* Strong understanding of the TTPU's Angostura facilities and process design.
* Working knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems - SAP experience.

* Support the Operations team in delivering TTPU HSE, Production and Cost targets.
* Lead all maintenance and reliability A&I activity within the PU.
* Lead reliability improvements projects using SAP history, RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement methods.
* Provide maintenance advice to support the PU in production, maintenance, reliability and cost effectiveness; proactively identify and implement maintenance improvement initiatives.
* Initiate and facilitate Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) in consultation with PU stakeholders.
* Facilitate the selection, development, optimization and review of maintenance and reliability strategies.
* Ensure full compliance with Fircroft Our Requirements and Petroleum HSE control requirements, and applicable local/international regulations.
* Engage Fircroft central functional support in defining the optimum solutions to complex issues.
* Steward Idea Hub within the TTPU, facilitating assessment and progression of Continuous Improvement ideas.
* Lead completion of the TTPU Maintenance Excellence Project (TMEP), ensuring that maintenance strategies are optimized, approved and documented in SAP.
* Represent TTPU and Petroleum interests in regards to Maintenance Centre of Excellence initiatives.
* Participate in Petroleum Analysis & Improvement forums to share TTPU initiatives and make use of other production units' initiatives.
* Participate in the development of maintenance resources through the support of planning and Scheduling, Project Planning, Work Management, Maintenance and Reliability and Continuous Improvement coaching and training.
* Assist the Operations team with development and monitoring of budgets.
* Assist the Planning Specialist - IOP with the development and long-term plans.
* Proactively identify Work Management Master Data improvements.
* Conduct regular site visits to engage Operations personnel and observe actual field conditions.
* Flexibility to develop and work within a small team to provide cover as required for other positions.

Experience and Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years Oil & Gas experience (preferably with the TTPU) in Operations or Engineering.
* University degree or professional qualification in Engineering, Operations or Project Management.
* Experience with SAP Work Management preferred.
