The Role:
Working on a variety of projects, including consultancy studies, integrity management, late life operations and decommissioning of subsea infrastructure. As part of the clients highly experienced Subsea Engineering team, you will provide value adding, specialist, engineering support to their clients.
You will deliver integrity management projects for all types of pipelines and subsea facilities for key clients. This includes development of integrity management strategies and schemes, anomaly management, risk-based inspection planning and review, numerical assessments to resolve engineering problems, and provision of insight to all aspects of integrity management.
You will contribute to the development of new technical methodologies and to the development of integrated asset integrity management strategies. You will build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to successful proposals and tenders, with a view to winning more work.

The Person
Your co-operative and helpful attitude will enable you to build client relationships and to work with colleagues to develop cross-discipline capabilities. You will have the ability to cope with challenging problems and flexibility to adapt to individual situations. You will have the potential and desire to progress to Senior Engineer status and beyond. Other key requirements include:
* Proven success in delivering studies and preparing clear, concise reports against time, cost and quality objectives.
* Understanding of the fundamentals of subsea and pipeline engineering, and of regulatory frameworks, codes and standards.
* Track record in integrity management and assessment of subsea pipelines, risers and subsea production systems
* Understanding of the integrity cycle, risk-based methods, FMECA, threat identification, integrity reporting and inspection technologies
* Experience in the management, assessment and analysis of anomalies.
* Enthusiasm to challenge existing practices, improve methodologies and add value
* Engineering degree (honours or equivalent) in mechanical, structural, civil, naval architecture or equivalent discipline similar engineering discipline.
*Chartered status (or working towards) is considered advantageous.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and mature approach to work.
* Willingness to develop wider skills and flexibility to work on variety of projects.
