The Role:
Leadership Capacity:
* Manages 2 internal teams (Data Engineering & Data Enrichment): 15 to 20 members
* Oversees the IT team from another Business Unit who worked on the project: 15 to 20 members
* Liaise with the Data Lead from offshore consultant: 50 engineers

In charge of designing and creating the data warehouses and all related functions, such as extraction, transformation and loading of data into the warehouse. Furthermore, they are experts at identifying opportunities that improve and optimize their data environment for maximum value.

Strong program management experience with the ability to steer and provide guidance to the team.

Able to challenge the team to do better and set conditions/SLAs with the offshore consultants to deliver.

Excellent stakeholder management skills to work closely with the senior internal stakeholders from different BUs and IT Delivery partners.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Possess at least a bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.
* Minimum fifteen (15) years' experience in developing Business Intelligence and data transformation solutions
* Minimum ten (10) years' administrative, patching, and development experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence software
* Minimum ten (10) years' with advanced skills in Schema Design and Data Modeling concepts
* Knowledge of how to consume SOAP and REST service to migrate data in from Web Applications
* Advanced skills in data quality measuring and logging (DQS, Data Profiling, MDM)
* Knowledge of and practical experience in Data Governance concepts
* Senior level experience with Relational Databases, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling and related design preferably in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or greater
* Senior level experience with ETL environments such SSIS or TALEND including the ability to extend and create advanced logging
* Preferred: Knowledge of BIML, C# and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus)
* Knowledge in O&G downstream business and AGILE methodology is an added advantage.
