The Role:
Drive formulation of key principles and strategies for digital/social media communication and engagement, and drive the implementation of these strategies with the objectives of fostering and sustaining effective relations with the media fraternity to garner positive and favourable coverage for our client that help influence and shape opinion in support of its business objectives and value propositions.

Media Strategy
Strategize and develop digital media strategy and framework by evaluating the impact of the strategy in order to provide insight on current best practices and provide advice and directions on the governance, digital communication and relevant stakeholder relations in order to build our client brand and safeguard its reputation.

Media Relations
Lead digital media engagement strategies which include the policy and guidelines, objectives and procedures by identifying the right target audience, the required social impacts, the monitoring tools, integrating the interactive media into the overall business strategy via thorough research and in depth understanding of the business objectives to build, enhance and maintain good relations and rapport with social media organizations, bloggers and analysts.

Executive Communications
Strategize and drive the digital media engagement to promote and amplify our client Top Leadership's role/position as industry thought leaders, by providing insight and recommendation, as well as awareness/ spokesperson engagement training, on the best digital platforms and communication trends practices, as well as anticipating and mitigating relevant risks in cyberspace conversations.

Digital Platform & Social Media Management
Strategize and supervise enhancement initiatives strategy for digital
platforms and establish effective digital communications strategy that includes industry best practices and insight by using analytics to ensure fast and effective responses on issues, and during and after crisis situations as well as maximising the dissemination of messages an information to promote and protect company reputation.

Working with external training solutions providers, develop up skilling initiatives in the areas of digital and social media awareness and management for key internal stakeholders, in order to keep personnel engaged in digital and social media communications updated with the most current trends and digital / social media dynamics.
