The Role:
Document Controller & Project Admin Assistant (3 days per week)

* Supporting the Company's document control and information management function
* Providing support to active commercial projects with Oil and Gas company clients
* Amending electronic documents using the Microsoft suite of software
* Managing documents through utilising latest web based collaborative platforms
* Providing ad-hoc support to company document control team Skills required
* Excellent communication skills and command of English - written, and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills
* Polite, professional and confident telephone manner

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Word - competent in working with style sheets, tables of contents, bookmarks, references, footnotes, header, inserting and manipulating pictures/charts, watermarks, and section breaks for portrait/landscape orientation, and general formatting (tabs, alignment etc.)
* Advanced Microsoft Excel - competent in number formatting, alignment, cell borders, and shading, basic formulae for summation, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
* Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint - competent in general formatting, addition of pictures/charts
* Microsoft Office SharePoint - competent in using informational management and team collaboration functionality
* Microsoft Outlook - competent in all key e-mail functionalities, group calendar bookings
* Adobe Acrobat - Converting documents into pdf format, splitting pdf files, recombining pdf files, redacting pdf files.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience in using document control and management systems preferred- uploading documents, transmitting documents to third parties, distribution of documents, general ad hoc printing Working time
* 3 days per week (extra hours may be available)
* Normal office hours will be 9 am until 5 pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) with one hour for lunch. Flexible working conditions can be discussed.
