The Role:
* Highly motivated individual who is capable of working independently and participating with high performance team.
* Understands all aspects of quality, safety and security requirements in a Project environment
* Ability to work as an interactive member of a multicultural team
* Ability to communicate in the English language
* Ability to read, understand and communicate Project Codes and Standards
* Ability to read, understand and communicate Project documents, including drawings, specifications and contract documents

Experienced Superintendent with an extensive international construction background on major Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Projects to focus on the Engineering deliverables & construction execution planning of the Project, Early Works to be executed in Atyrau & Tengiz

* To identify and plan the various paths of construction required to execute the project in a controlled manner.
* Execute and review which project specifications are applicable to ensure Republic of Kazakhstan Safety, Quality and Schedule are achieved.
* Review Quality Assurance program to document and track all changes in the work fronts while executing the project.
* Evaluate, assign and recommend personnel to various open positions expected for the project work areas in Tengiz
* Conduct and track various constructability reviews of the completed drawings prior to finalizing the engineering for release to the discipline Engineers or Contractors in the field.
* Work internally with the planning and scheduling teams to complete checks on the durations to execute each task that are to be assigned to the field.
* Coordinates and schedules the activities of subordinates to ensure that services are provided on a timely basis.
* Tracks and monitors progress of Contractors and work closely with them to resolve outstanding issues
* Addresses interfaces between Contractor and Company different departments (security, services, IR, etc.)
* Monitors materials needed for upcoming work fronts and works with Company materials team to ensure timely availability of free issued items
* Perform other tasks upon request from the discipline Construction Management;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
5 years' experience working directly for operator/end client
10 years international experience in a similar role

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Experience working in CIS regions
