The Role:
Purpose: The role will be providing HR Reporting & administration support to the team. This role requires close interaction and coordination with other teams in HR (HR Operations, HR Advice, Learning, HR Consultant etc), other functions such as Finance and external contractor agencies etc.

Special challenges
Ability to prioritize and process high volume of work against specified timeline. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple issues, tasks and team demands.
- Working in a continuously changing environment. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with the HR colleagues & Contractor Agencies.
- Dealing with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Shell People working knowledge (knowledge level)
- Independent
- Detail oriented and capable of handling confidential data.
- Providing & ensuring monthly reports are delivered to the team timely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and up to date files/records and knowledge management information as dictated by individual processes and records retention policy.
- Actively participate and contribute to Continuous Improvement (CI) of processes and activities.
- Provide support to the team as an when required

Our Client is a major operating company, currently involved in some of the largest energy projects in the world.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Required experience -
- Degree Holder
- Working experience of minimum of 3 years in report creation and analytical
- Experience of working with multicultural teams and across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proficiency in use of MS tools such as Excel, Word and PPT is required.

Excel - Skill
Continuous Improvement (CI) - Knowledge
- Good interpersonal/influencing skills with experience in building credibility with key interfaces with HR Service Centers, HR Business
- Ability and persistence to identify improvements and turn these into implementation
