The Role:
The Regional Supply Chain Manager is a key member of the regional leadership team, reporting to the Sr. Director of International Supply Chain and the Senior Vice President of the region.
Provide leadership to regional supply chain team, including procurement, logistics, and materials management.
Optimize the organization and integration of all Supply Chain activities to maximize efficiency, providing market-leading service to meet business objectives. Work with geographic, product line and functional leaders across the enterprise to drive success.
*Build regional Supply Chain agenda in support of business objectives and functional initiatives.
*Develop and implement inventory plans based on demand plan
*Collaborate with leadership on ensuring strict adherence to process and established compliance practices.
*Build organizational capability through mentorship and development of Supply Chain team members.
My client is looking for people with international experience and good Oil & Gas or Mining industry knowledge. This role is flexible to be based in the European area.
