The Role:
* Assist with extensive diary management for the Managing Director and Project Director experience of working across multiple time-zones
* Organising travel, booking flights and hotels for these Executives as required
* Manage visa applications where required
* Arrange, coordinate and follow up activities for internal and external meetings
* Prepare presentations, documents and reports as required
* Processing expenses and time writing for the MD and Project Director using SAP
* Book meeting rooms using Outlook and catering requirements via internal website
* Management of DPI Management team sites
* Arrange weekly team meeting, preparation and distribution of agenda and pre-read
* Attend Management Meetings, coordinate agenda and distribute pre-read and record minutes of
meetings and distribute.
* Arrange external team meetings and team building events
* Ensure all confidential information is kept secure and discretion is maintained
* Actively participate in the administration network in the office, build peer relationships and collaborate frequently in a supportive and positive manner
* Assist in preparing presentations and management information
* Support the management team with tasks and follow-up of actions from management meetings

* Good communication skills, both oral and written
* Creative, structured, multi-tasking and very flexible
* Demonstrate patience, dedication and endurance, can follow through and has excellent attention to details
* Highly pro-active, curious and eager to learn
* Manage expectations for deadlines
* Problem solving
* Service minded

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Ability to work in a demanding and high-pressure time sensitive environment
* A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to prioritize both your and your leader's tasks
* First class organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task daily
* Highly IT literate, proficient using MS Office suite, Intermediate/Advanced Power Point skills
* A good team player
* Professional presentation, a good ambassador to represent the client
* SAP experience required
