The Role:
Rotational position working 7 days on 7 days off 7am-7pm

The role is the logistics focal point for during offshore operations for the UK activity. The role will report to the Operations Supervisor.

Key responsibilities are to:
* Assist in the planning, scheduling and delivery of all materials to meet operational requirements.
* Management of Logistics cargo management tool (WELS).
* Focal point for WELS between client, supply base and vendors.
* Produce and issue Daily logistics plan (lookahead)
* Ensure all materials are moved in line with Company procedures and Legislative requirements
* Liaison with internal and external stakeholders both on and offshore to ascertain requirements and schedule vessels to suit. This shall include cargo requirements, vessel routing and cargo prioritisation and shall make the most efficient use of vessels.
* Coordination of cargo requirements (deck, under-deck, drilling chemicals, fuel, water and bulks) for offshore installations/rigs. Assist DSR with coordination of requirements.
* Closely monitor all 3rd party rentals ensuring cost effective use and movement of equipment.
* Continuously promote a proactive HSEQ culture, ensuring participation and compliance.
* Build effective relationships across the business continually seeking to improve operational efficiency and identify cost savings.
* Present a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and behaviour in accordance with the client's values.
* Proactively assist both Customer and colleagues, undertaking adhoc duties as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* High ethical standards
* Strong personal integrity
* Customer focused, with strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
* Successful candidates must be experienced Logistics professionals with proven track records of working within onshore oil and gas projects, either directly or through an integrated service provider.
* Able to work to a 7 day on, 7 day off rotation. Core hours will be 0700-1900hrs, with expectation of duty cover thereafter. Possible additional days if requirement dictates.
* Knowledge of Marine Logistics processes and operations.
* Ability to understand and implement processes to ensure the safe, efficient and cost-effective planning, scheduling and delivery of materials.
* Accustomed to working effectively in a fast paced environment, adapting to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
