The Role:
The Personal Assistant reports to the Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Innovation (CSI). The position provides an opportunity to gain experience, through close interaction with senior management, concerning the formulation and execution of strategy, Market analysis and Innovation in a global energy company.
This job, which focuses on providing support for the SVP CSI has the following requirements:
* Arrange and coordinate meeting logistics and briefs to ensure that the SVP CSI is prepared for both external and internal meetings
* Coordinate and contribute to the organisation of key management meetings, workshops and events in London (and elsewhere) as required
* Fulfil administrative tasks for the SVP CSI such as rigorous diary management, travel arrangements and expense processing
* Serve as contact point for internal decision-making processes, making sure that documentation is delivered on time and according to guidelines
* Contribute to information management, including structuring, establishing and maintaining online collaboration tools - as well as contributing to best practice in ensuring information security
* Close collaboration with the CSI management team and other parts of the organisation to facilitate the day-to-day running of the SVP office
* Collaborate closely with other Assistants in London and across the company and provide back-up support as needed to cover absences and high workloads as needed.
* Other deliverables as required.
