Personnel Logistics Co-ordinator

The Role:
* Maintain all passenger records are up to date with relevant certification such as medical and survival training and other Statoil specific requirements on the Vantage POB system.
* Maintain rotas and all bookings (both outbound and inbound) for offshore personnel through Vantage POB system, liaising with all Companies involved in current operations, internally with the Client's Planning personnel and with offshore management where applicable.
* Book onshore accommodation and travel as required for personnel and assisting with other personnel as required.
* Co-ordinate helicopter flying programme and liaise with Helicopter provider on a daily basis.
* Co-ordinate, in conjunction with planning and offshore management, any shuttling requirements between all offshore installations including heavy lifting barge, jack up, Floating Storage Unit (FSU) and Production Drilling Quarters (PDQ).
* Act as focal point for any ad hoc requirements and requisitions thereof, providing justification for such requests to the Operations Logistics Manager.
* Act as focal point for Helicopter provider for any issues during check in process with either passengers or freight.
* Assist with any emergency down man of offshore installations and provide on call cover as necessary. Participate in emergency response exercises as required.
* Ensure adherence by all passengers of helicopter policies, working in conjunction with the Helicopter provider.
* Assist with booking of any training courses, as applicable, for any personnel travelling offshore.
* Monitor and be responsible for agreement of all helicopter data as provided by Helicopter operator such as delay information and subsequent Service Level Agreement (SLA), Daily Flying Report accuracy, payload data and verification of contract codes.
* Assist and prepare monthly reports for Operations Logistics Manager.
* Support implementation of enhanced check-in process.

Additional Duties - Onshore Reception for PDQ (Production and Drilling Quarters)
Once the PDQ is in operation and fully manned, the onshore reception duties will be expanded to include:
* All inbound and outbound provisional passenger bookings;
* Assignment of cabins;
* Maintenance of lifeboat lists of all offshore installations and other reports as required;
* Management of any dispensations applicable.
