The Role:
* To facilitate the purchase and procurement of goods and services by initiating requisitions in SAP according to the requirements within the team.
* Managing SAP workflows and obtaining approvals of invoices
* Performing Service Entry and Goods receipt of invoices forwarded by Central Accounts Payable.
* Have an overview of Frame Agreements in place for call-off requisitions
* Have an overview of Frame Agreements for goods and use of E-Catalogue
* Request Vendor set up as and when required

Please note: this role will be on a 5 day per week basis for the first 2 weeks handover and then 2/3 days per week thereafter, with Tuesdays and Fridays being set working days.

The Company:
Our Client, a major Oil and Gas Operator, are looking for a part-time SAP Resource to work within their offices in Westhill.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experience with working in SAP, although training will be provided
* Good communication skills, ability to handle many interfaces
* Commercial mind-set
* Friendly and service minded
* Proactive and flexible on working hours
