The Role:
Vacancy has arisen due to current employee job holder being utilised on a temporary capital project assignment;

* Reports directly to Technical Support & Controls Leader;
* Overall support to TEO team for cost and schedule deliverables;
* Support of Project Controls on modifications and operation projects through the OMMS Contract, all project phases from initiation to feasibility, concept and definition studies, all according to Equinor work processes:

o Review of estimates from contractor;
o Review of plans from contractor;
o Support to Contract administration / compliance / invoice review;
o Interact and collaborate with contractor Project Controls personnel;
o Review contractor cost reports (including earned value and productivity assessments);
o Review MOC requests from a cost and schedule perspective;
o Input to monthly and annual Finance month end processes (Value of Work Done, Forecast, Budget);
o Internal monthly Operations Projects reporting;
o Support annual budgeting process
o Able to initiate & support portfolio scheduling through utilisation of planning tools
o Ability to work on own initiative and identify improvement opportunities and suggest current project controls tools
o Input to external Joint Venture reporting;
* Close collaboration with Finance, Modifications Team, Supply Chain;
* Support to overall TEO Cost Reporting;
* Proficient on Excel, Word, SAP, Microsoft Project, Planning tools, Power BI (preferred);
* Utilisation of lean and digital tools to enhance Project Control delivery;

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Experienced in Project Controls within an Oil and Gas Operator;
* Positive attitude & contributor towards safety leadership;
* A motivated self-starter, proactive, flexible and able to respond positively to change;
* Actively shares and promotes values;
* Strong collaborative personal values and willing to take accountability for actions;
* Excellent communicator across all levels in Equinor and OMMS contractor;
* Demonstrated ability to challenge assumptions to ensure value adding;

* Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Control and 10+ years' work experience;
* Relevant qualifications preferred but not essential;
