The Role:
Monitor Vessel Contractor to verify that Company's and Contractor's HSSE requirements and expectations are being met. Provide technical HSSE assistance in supporting Marine and Subsea (M&S) personnel and programme activities and in gathering / generating statistical data
* Ensure that full compliance with Company's HSE procedures and requirements have been implemented and maintained by DSV Contractors and Suppliers.
* Ensure that Contractor Reporting and Recording are compliant with Company HSE Procedures.
* Organize and maintain Company staff and Company Managed Service Contractor Training for office based personnel.
* Engage in clear, two way communications with employees and contractors on HSE issues.
* Prepare, Revise and Review Company and Contractor HSSE Documents, Procedures and Risk Assessments.
* Ensure that Suppliers and Contractors execute their work in accordance with established Project Procedures.
* Ensure Permit to Work Systems are managed in accordance with Company approved procedures.
* Produce and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly statistical reports
* Maintain organized records for all HSE Audits, Surveys, and Investigations
* Prepare / Develop HSE presentations as required.
* Support Company's Vessel manager and onboard Construction Vessel Rep (CVR) as needed.
* Maintain safety incidents & training records of Company Marine and Subsea Staff.
* Assist HSE Leads in document control procedures.
* Ensure that all accidents, incidents, near misses and unsafe conditions are properly reported, investigated and classified in IRIS and action items are tracked to closure on time.
* Participate / Lead HSSE meetings and Risk Assessments as needed.
* Work a standard 5 day per week work schedule, but able to work 6 days per week or Undertake offshore tours as Company HSE Advisor on 14 day Offshore rotation, if required.
* Conduct random or scheduled Vessel visits as directed by Company M&S HSSE Manager
* Assist with other tasks as directed by Company HSSE Manager

The Company:
A global Oil & Gas operator with extensive operations in the Caspian Region.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
NEBOSH Diploma/HSSE Advisor/Tech SP, HSE Lead Auditor (External) to OHSAS 18001, NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent certifications / degree and/or experience required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows office applications (Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Must have good communication skills and be a highly organized.
Competent in communicating in English, Azeri and Russian language.

Experience:
5 years in HSE role with current knowledge of Industry HSE Regulations required. Knowledge of HSE processes and procedures and past experience in performance data reporting preferred.
Previous offshore experience is required.
