The Role:
* Provide outstanding customer service to all candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters as needed.
* Work closely with Company Resource team and sourcing providers to guide all candidates through the interview and hiring process
* Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires on a daily basis
* Produce dashboards and regular status reports on project mobilization plan
* Work closely with the company service provider ensuring timely set up for new hires; and assisting in the overall onboarding process
* Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs for different teams across the business, consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
* Ownership of the candidate pipeline from initial sourcing to on-boarding
* Management of project mobilization plan, as well as delivering updates on the pipeline
* Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
* Collaboration with the hiring team to apply relevant recruitment methods and interview questions
* Conducting phone screens, as well as in-person interviews with candidates
* Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates' skills, if appropriate
* Developing innovative ways to attract and deploy candidates
* Become an expert on the in-house applicant tracking system to provide guidance and be a resource to others.
* Manage the open positions and close out filled requisitions.
* Work on related projects as needed.
* Organizing and assist to candidates recap sessions to listen to managers feedback and understand better their needs
* Scheduling candidate interviews, including coordinating calendars and working with interviewers/hiring teams/department admins to secure appropriate time.
* Greeting all candidates and ensuring the onsite interview process works efficiently and in compliance with company standards and processes.
* Coordination of "background check" process.

A global Oil & Gas operator with extensive operations in the Caspian Region.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
* Minimum 2+ work experience as a recruitment coordinator or recruiter
* Experience working in multiple roles in support of a large team.
* Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills, a basic understanding of talent management and applicant systems, strong organizational skills
* Fluent in English
* Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with data visualization tools

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to identify and address obstacles quickly and efficiently to complete projects within deadline
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
* Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
* Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioural)
* Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
* High level of energy for a fast-paced working environment.
