The Role:
Key Accountabilities:

Leadership Focus:

- Lead through clients Core Values (Safety, Courage, Respect, Excellence ,One Team)
- Work within the framework of clients Operating Management System (OMS)
- Ensure client ETP's and GWO standards, and industry codes and practices are adhered to in relation to all equipment deliveries, modifications, and operations
- Ensure the success of the subsea tree, completion installation & well intervention activities, which is defined by delivery of safe and compliant wells within the GWO operational performance targets.

Well Planning and Execution:

- Lead well design and construction input as it relates to subsea wells scope of work including completion/ and installation.
- Lead equipment operational requirements specification
- Coordinate and assist with all Tooling and interface requirements
- Ensure all Rig Upgrade requirements are addressed to handle Subsea and Completion equipment.

- Interface with Rig Engineering and Wells Teams to ensure on-time deliveries are met. Work closely with Drilling contractor to ensure all Subsea Wells interfaces are captured.
- Develop GWO and vendor resource plans to support offshore key activities
- Work closely with the Vessel Installation Team in Preparation for "Tree on Wire" Installations.
- Liaise with AGT Subsea Wells Team (Remotely Operated Vehicle) ROV engineers to ensure all interfaces and associated ROV Tooling are available.
- Develop and Prepare Well Handover Documents. Participate in Well Integrity Management Document development and revisions

Safety Assurance:

- Lead risk and change management activities for subsea wells scope of work. Insure risks are understood and owned by the AGT wells teams.
- Lead host for Hazid / Hazop sessions.
- Perform Audits, Leadership Field Inspections, and Oversight/Verification at Vendor facilities and offshore
- Lead or contribute to client Subsea Well Capping and Containment plans.

Lease with Global Subsea Services (GSS) Aftermarket Teams to:

- Agree and provide equipment, spares, maintenance, and other scope of supply in line with schedule requirements
- Agree Vendor Personnel Support Strategies and yearly budget cost plans.
- Ensure supplier in-country execution plans are prepared and executed in line with the project plans
- Develop GWO resource plans to support Site Integration Testing (SIT), In-Country Site Receipt Testing (SRT).
- Respond to operational requirements, vendor quality issues, and vendor performance management

Vendor Delivery:

- For non-GSS vendors, ensure all Intervention Work over Control System (IWOCs), Completion Landing String (CLS) and associated equipment meets the required Scope of Supply requirements for Rig Completion activities. Monitor and manage vendor performance.

Developing Capability:

- Manage a Team of Company Offshore Supervisors and associated vendor personnel.
- Support training and development of more junior personnel, helping to the build of enduring capability thru the framework of the Subsea Wells excellence roadmap.

Continuous Improvement:

- Ensure the implementation of consistent process & procedures to continually strive towards execution excellence.
- Engage with other Regional and Centralized Subsea Wells Teams to drive development, share lessons, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement plans.
- Drive Efficiency, Standardization and Simplification within the Subsea Wells Discipline.

Essential experience and job requirements

* 10 +years in the Subsea Wells area with a minimum of 5+ years working for a Major Operator in Subsea Wells related activities
* Previous experience as a Subsea Wells Supervisor/ Engineer. Subsea completions exerperience is a plus.
* Good understanding of Drilling and Completion activities, including well control principles
* Demonstration and track record of Safety and Operational Leadership
* Excellent communication skills (English) both written and verbal and ability to effectively interface across numerous stakeholders
* Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary team

Significant experience in:

* Managing/Supervising subsea wells execution activities on a rig and from a vessel.
* Writing and reviewing subsea xmas tree and completion operations procedures
* Subsea wells equipment rig interfaces
* ROV Tooling interfaces and operations.
* Relevant client and industry standards
* Risk and change management
