The Role:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Management/Quantity Surveyor/ Law/Engineering/Project Management or equivalent; from recognized Higher Learning Institution

- Possess minimum of five (5) years working experience in Oil & Gas project; with three (3) years' experience as a Contract Administrator.


JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Review contract document; to understand the scope of work, contract requirements and project deliverables.

- Assist Contract Manager in developing the Contract Management Plan; to establish system, process and procedure in managing contract and ensure it complies with the terms and conditions.

- Identify and ensure contract deliverables e.g. insurances, performance guarantees, parent company guarantees, project procedures are issued within contract timelines; for operational efficiency.

- Identify and ensure timely notice of work completion and acceptance - Mechanical Acceptance, Provisional Acceptance, Final Acceptance and etc.; to ensure Contract closure is agreed with Client and aligned with the terms and conditions of the Contract. * Prepare and compile progress/milestone invoices; to ensure documents are issued in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.

- Register, monitor and track progress/milestone invoices issued to client; to ensure payment are tracked and recorded efficiently.

- Register, monitor and track changes (variations) to the contract; to ensure changes (variations) are managed effectively in accordance with contract timelines.

- Prepare and issue contract performance reports; for weekly project progress reporting and management review.

- Attend internal and external meetings, interface and communicate with various stakeholder; to resolve contracts issues and disputes at working level.

- Register and maintain project and contractual correspondences that include softcopy, hardcopy and signed copy of documents; to ensure the safekeeping of documents and easy accessible when required.

- Assist Contract Manager in preparing, compiling and administering contractual documents that include but not limited to documents for potential claim, change order and invoicing; to ensure relevant documents are in order.
