The Role:

Head of CSR leads all aspects of the planning and execution of the firm's CSR strategy, employing extensive knowledge and experience in aligning the needs of the firm (core business and clients) and the communities with which we engage.
The successful candidate for this role will have a long track record of success in developing and deploying measurable CSR best practices to strategically engage firm assets - resources (people and money) and technology - in those aspects of community involvement which are directly related to the growth and success of the firm's core business, and which distinctively set company apart from competitors.
Head of CSR will weave together a holistic approach to achieving this outcome, using methods which include:

- Client engagement
- Employee engagement (including volunteerism)
- Board participation planning
- Network development
- Thought leadership
- Corporate philanthropy
- Pro bono

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Head Director of CSR will have 15+ years (at least 10 years running a CSR function) of experience working with senior leadership teams to achieve all of the above in a manner consistent with the firm's strategy. He or she must be able to broadly represent the firm with all internal and external constituents, including clients, community members and key not-for-profit organizations.
Responsibilities include:
* Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Administration, Business or related degrees and 10+ years leading corporate and/or community social impact initiatives preferred.
* Develop and execute all aspects of the CSR strategy;
* Measure the success of the CSR strategy based on metrics that demonstrate contribution to the firm and achievement of its business strategy;
* Create client and public/private partnerships to generate social impact, and position the firm for relationship development, leadership and reputation growth;
