The Role:

Ensure a high level of "Customer Satisfaction" regarding general administration services among internal staff at all levels
Manage GAS team effectively by leading , coaching and developing the members.
Make a good work synergy thorough teamwork with HRS and EHS, and other supporting Sections.
Ensure that general administration activities comply with both government regulations and corporate policies.
Look for " continuous improvement " in daily operations
Able to conduct a-hoc project(s) on top of daily -routing
Schedule Board of Director (BOD) meeting s and Ordinary General meetings ( OGM), issue BOD and OGM mtg. minutes,
Mange the administrative areas as presented below in highly effective and safe manner.
Furniture/Offices supplier
Phone/Sound system
Commuters' bus/Parking lot
Managing drivers/leased cars
Fight/Hotel/Visa administration
Reception /Secretary
Organizing company events
Public Relations
Document control
CSR ( Corporate's Social Responsibility)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher
At least 8 years of experience in general administration (or human resources). Knowledge (either experience or education) on sourcing / purchasing, law, hygiene or engineering will be a plus!
Experience in administration on the manufacturing filed is must
Strong business acumens, professional characteristics , initiative (self-starter) and analytical/creative thinker
Needs to be well disciplined, reliable and willing to go the extra mile to get things done in time
A good team player
Excellent interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai
