Thw ideal candidate will be responsible for project reporting, analysis, scheduling and risk management. The successful individual will possess demonstrated analytical capabilities to include a proven track record of synthesizing large amounts of information in a dynamic environment.
This individual must be a solid facilitator, capable of working with minimal supervision, who possesses strategic decision making, problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
The Business Analyst will provide support and be responsible for scheduling and reporting aspects of all projects under US Liquids and provide analytical support for the team. This includes:
* Support for Project Managers

o Interface with project teams, including functional support groups, in the development of project schedules with identified interdependencies across activities
o Provide Project Reporting including Project Development Report, Safety Report, and support for Project Scans
o Interface with project managers and functional teams, will develop and maintain project schedules
o Interface with Risk for risk analyses as it relates to schedule
o Interface with Project Controls and Project Managers for reporting
o Provide analytical support for Project Managers and Quality Lead, as required
o Provides ad hoc analyses for US Liquids, providing recommendations and solutions for routine situations.

* Support for Quality Lead
Raises issues and proposes solutions to peers and/or leader
o Make recommendations for changes to existing processes for efficiency.
o Participates in or coordinates projects, completing assigned portions independently.
o Contact with internal and external clients to obtain or exchange information.

Skills:
* Resourceful and strong self-starter with an ability to drive results
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Strong communication skills:
o Written: ability to take bits and pieces of information and synthesize into clear and coherent written and numerical statements.
o Verbal: ability to communicate and present concisely and effectively.
o Listening: ability to take in a multitude of input and efficiently synthesize such.
* Strong interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships and effectively communicate complex issues
* Strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office
* Familiarity with Primavera considered an asset
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work within a team environment, take direction from a variety of sources, respond to the needs of diverse stakeholders, and take assertive leadership when required.
