The Role:
Primary Responsibilities:

* Apply advanced analytics and leading-edge data processing techniques to improve project predictability, forecast accuracy, risk and Monte Carlo analysis, and reports and dashboard meaningfulness and usability
* Compose project business plans, decision summaries, strategy memos, funding requests, and executive reports and presentations
* Gather, analyze, evaluate, and report data (financial, schedule, performance, etc.) on BXP engineering and construction performance and business improvement initiatives;
* Lead and/or participate in the development of a systematic approach by applying standardized processes, tools and templates to develop and deliver business improvement projects;
* Active and enthusiastic participation in continuous improvement of team and department processes, practices and initiatives; compose work flow diagrams, swim lanes, processes, procedure, and QRG's to document and improve the way we work
* Contribute to the integrated business and operational plans and priorities by partnering with other USNG analysts, Supply Chain, and Technical Centers to drive innovation throughout the company and to deliver those innovations to BXP specifically
* Development, analysis and delivery of change initiatives aimed at optimizing the value of the BXP business processes;
* Monitors results in relation to plans, develops reports on findings, and consults with clients to develop recommendations on strategic plans, operational plans and priorities based upon results analysis in order to improve the overall effectiveness of the operation.
* Develop and manage processes for the forecasting of client resources, construction inspection, and other ancillary reimbursable resource-based contracts, design requirements for sourcing data internally and externally to provide Project Cost Lead and supply chain with relevant information on reimbursable T&M contracts and resource loads;
* Develop and maintain monthly scorecards and reports;
* Develop annual department budgets and perform monthly forecasting with assistance from Departmental leaders;
* Other tasks as required.
* Maintain a high level of focus on Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE), Integrity, Responsibility, and Collaboration

Qualifications and Education:

* MBA or Master of Science in Analytics or Information Systems from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited business school is required.
* 5 years of relevant work experience required; energy or industrial construction experience preferred
* Previous management consulting experience is a strong asset
* Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Word skills are mandatory
* Advanced business intelligence applications (Power BI, Power Pivot, SAP, Ecosys, R) and database programming skills preferred
* Six Sigma Black Belt a plus
* Ability to apply leading edge business statistics, big data analysis, and predictive modelling to project data to improve cost and schedule forecasting
* Works well in a team environment, independently, as well as supervise others
* Delivers results and achieve goals
* Demonstrated ability to develop executive level presentations
* Customer service skills required

* Ability to work well with all levels of the Company and contract personnel to facilitate the accomplishment of objectives
* Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) with ability to simplify complex analysis into actionable insights through dashboards, presentations, emails, formal reports and memos
* Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions; ability to accurately obtain, interpret and transcribe a variety of communications and instructions; works with other to develop their ability to analyze data and communicate that analysis to others
* Able to sell new ways to approach business problems and gain consensus while considering a diverse set of viewpoints
* Continually demonstrates drive and commitment to achieving business results
* Highly skilled and tolerant of working with ambiguity or with little guidance
* Has high emotional intelligence and able to work with different personality types
* Strong belief that assignment outcomes are directly related to the effort and drive of one's own actions and determination
