The Role:
This job description details the requirements for the role of Planning Co-ordinator, reporting to the Maintenance Co-ordinator.

* Planning and scheduling of work from the CMMS system, consistent with meeting production requirements and maintaining legislative compliance.
* Issuing of a Schedule of Programmed Maintenance, Defect Rectification and any assigned Project Works on a Weekly basis.
* The effective and continued control/organisation of the site CMMS with regard to maintenance activities.
* Administrative duties associated with maintaining the PSSR system within compliance.
* Administration of the site CMMS system.

The position will involve being responsible for:

* Attending the site weekly planning meetings with E&M and Operations personnel to confirm immediate weeks plan and draft out future requirements.
* Issuing the site Weekly Plan of E&M Activities and other planning schedules as required from time to time
* Administration of the site CMMS system to ensure that all maintenance tasks are effectively entered and progressed through the relevant stages of the work planning process.
* Ensure that all information entered onto the system adheres is to a consistently high standard.
* Effective technical recording and documentation storage/management within the CMMS. Includes but not limited to Planned Maintenance Postponements, plant and equipment maintenance reports and any contractor maintenance reports.
* Be responsible for early identification of any Planned Maintenance Postponement requirements in accordance with the site process. Ensuring all postponements are completed within given timescales.
* To understand the requirements of current standards and key legislation, including PSSR & HSAWA, and work with others to ensure full compliance.
* Supporting the Planning Engineer in developing work lists & job plans for each Outage as and when required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Relevant practical experience of systems administration.
* Building & maintaining working relationships, with external customers & contractors
* Previous knowledge of CMMS or similar data management systems.
* Proficient Microsoft Office user
