Working in this dynamic role, you will see yourself being the "right hand" of the Team Leader providing a range of functions from gathering and analysing large amounts of data, to interacting with stakeholders on commercial and project teams, to organising meetings and looking after general EA duties.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Working with stakeholders to gather and analyse data for reporting
  • Work with commercial & project teams to plan tasks, deliverables & forecasting
  • Create and maintain documentation, and ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues that may require change to plans or scope
  • Maintain appropriate monitoring and reporting to demonstrate that all requirements have been delivered
  • Respond quickly to changing organisational priorities
  • Provide adhoc EA duties to the Team Leader

About you:

To be successful in this role you will be a team player, who can also work autonomously. You will have attention to detail yet able to step back and see the big picture when the situation requires and can prioritise, adapt to change quickly and work with ambiguity. You are solution & outcome focused.

In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Business Analysis techniques including requirements elicitation, business process, rule & solution analysis
  • Planning & reporting
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to adapt to new systems
  • Enthusiasm to take on both large scale and menial duties
