The Role:


We are looking for an Experienced Field Service Specialist to join Cameron Australia Pty Ltd, based in Perth, WA.

The Field Service Specialist is responsible for installation or repair Company products such as wellheads, Christmas trees and controls systems (Surface). Advise customers on repair and replacement options. Examine, repair, test and maintain products at customer sites or service centre's. Be a liaison between Company onshore and customers during installation. Troubleshoot equipment during installation if any problems arise. Contribute to section and department policy and procedure formulation, alteration, deployment and planning.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Perform the installation or servicing task to ensure a safe and efficient operation
* Provide the customers representative with sufficient information and guidance to ensure the correct task completion
* Participate in training and competence development as required both onshore and offshore
* Report faults or areas of improvement which will ensure continued product development
* Assembly and testing onshore and offshore, (including recording of test results)
* Complete Service reports, FPR's, EWR, EOWR, and other administrative duties associated with the department or project
* General duties associated with the Service task
* Available for overseas work as required

Requirements:

* Reside in Perth or Australia and have the right to live and work in Australia.
* No travel restrictions and open to relocation in Australia based on company's requirement.
* Have Mechanical or trade qualification
* Have valid BOSIET, MSIC, CSTP and OGUK medical certificates
* Good personnel skills, excellent in communication, highly self-motivated and strong problem solving skills
* Successful track record experience working as a Field Service Technician
* Knowledge & experience operating, maintaining & rebuilding Gate Valves
* SSMC & Conventional Cameron Wellhead Knowledge
* Able to participate in the installation / removal operations of equipment to ensure a safe and efficient operation
* Investigate and diagnose any deficiency which may impede the efficient installation and act to correct the situation
* Provide the customers representative with sufficient information and guidance to ensure the correct task completion
* Report faults or areas of improvement to management which will ensure continued product development
* Experience in assembly and testing offshore, (including recording of test results)
* Ability to read Drawings & Procedures

Salary: The salary package will comprise of a base salary in the range of AUD $60,000-$95,000 /year, as per overall experience.
