The Role:
The Project Administrator will report into the Program Manager supporting the team on several new projects.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with strong initiative who is interested in gaining experience within the Oil & Gas industry

The position is a 12 month fixed term contract working Monday to Friday in the Perth CBD. The position is due to start in Feb 2020, however interviews will be conducted over the next two weeks.

Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to:

  • General Project Administration: Meeting minutes, travel and accommodation booking
  • Document Control
  • Expense and purchase order management Preparing PowerPoint presentations and collating information for reports
  • Assist logistics with freight forwarders
  • Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the relevant company standards and procedures

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified Engineering or Business/Commerce
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Work experience in a similar capacity highly regarded
  • Strong presentation and formatting skills
  • High attention to detail
