The Role:
Reporting into the Program Manager the Project Systems Coordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating, tracking and expediting certain core execution activities to meet on time delivery particularly with respect to manufacture and assembly. To work with and support the Project Director during the execution phase of a project in all Project Management areas, contributing as required to help achieve project and business objectives, including HSE, Quality, Budget control, schedule and reporting.

This is a permanent opportunity to join an Oil & Gas company with a global presence, to work in the Perth office.

Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

* Ensure compliance with project and organizational HSSE policies and requirements
* Act as the Project Director's main representative, to drive project goals and timelines and accurate reporting
* Ensure all project requirements are well known, including Budget, Schedule agreed with final customer, payment milestones and quality requirements.
* Coordinate as necessary to ensure necessary shop and rental tooling is available when needed
* Drive EDRL close out for the FEED/project keeping the PD informed
* Fully understand and actively work to correct Quality issues
* Work to expedite procurement requirements related to project
* Understand Master Project Schedule requirements for project and drive completion so as to keep project on schedule
* Know and drive critical engineering activities for his/her project (e.g., Test Procedure and Pre-Releases released on time, etc.)
* Coordinate and participate in the Project Launch meetings ensuring that all requirements are completed in accordance with company procedure.
* Active participation in Project Risk Management
* Disseminate costs /budgets to internal departments and tracking these costs to the budget. Clearly understand cash forecasts, Revenue Recognition and a Project P&L
* Use SAP/ Optimus effectively to source information across project deliverables including translating SAP information into actions to drive project deliveries.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Degree qualified (e.g. Engineering, Business and Supply Chain) or equivalent Circa 3+ years in project coordinator/management role
* Experience in Oil and Gas business, preferably SPS/SURF or EPIC environment
* Proficient use of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
* Working in a project environment and/or commercial experience

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Presentation and formatting skills
* High level of attention to detail
