The Role:
You will be managing all post commissioning activities associated with all subsea equipment, production systems, and ancillary equipment provided by this major oilfield services company. Essentially your role is to ensure that all life of field activities are executed in accordance with the relevant contractual requirements within the timeframe and budget allocation and that any contractual KPI's are managed and achieved.

Key Accountabilities:

- To be the primary Customer Focal point of contact for the planning of upcoming offshore campaigns by identifying the equipment, tooling, spares and personnel needs and ensuring that they are all available in good time to meet the execution plan while developing risk mitigation plans to deliver Zero NPT (Non Productive Time) associated with the scope of services.
- To ensure Asset Management Plans as required by contract are in place and are executed in line with said contract.
- To clearly define and communicate the scope of supply and requirements to the Commercial, Field Service and Rental Groups in the Life of Field Team and any supporting Plants
- To oversee all commercial business transactions as dictated by contract such as quotations, invoicing and ensuring that these are submitted timely and are right first time.
- To coordinate the support of all ad-hoc work requested via the Life of Field contract
- To ensure all changes to the original agreed scopes of work are managed efficiently and ensure Change Requests are approved internally and externally, in line with governing company procedures and standards
- To ensure all work is undertaken in a safe manner and in line with company health and safety guidelines and policies.
- To provide plant loading, rental and service tooling forecasts and associated financial forecasts for services to be rendered against the contract
- To understand the contractual requirements of the Life of Field contract and ensure that customer expectations are met and internal supporting groups are fully aligned in supporting the contract
- To provide reporting information for both internal and external use (customer specific reports) on a weekly/monthly basis

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience managing life of field services
Thorough understanding of subsea equipment and tooling
Proven track record of stakeholder satisfaction
Ability to effectively prioritise tasks

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Subsea engineering or technical background
Excellent communication skills
Tertiary qualifications in a related field
