The Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced Field Service Specialists, to join our client's team based in Perth on a 6-12 months contractual position. The role includes installation or repairing Company products such as wellheads, Christmas trees and controls systems (Subsea). Advise customers on repair and replacement options. To examine, repair, test and maintain products at customer sites or service centres. Troubleshoot equipment during installation if any problems arise. Also to be a liaison between Company onshore and customers during installation.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Perform the installation or servicing task to ensure a safe and efficient operation
* To repair, maintain and inspect all subsea control systems and equipment
* Provide the customers representative with sufficient information and guidance to ensure the correct task completion
* Report faults or areas of improvement which will ensure continued product development
* Assembly and testing onshore and offshore, (including recording of test results)
* Complete Service reports, FPR's, EWR, EOWR, and other administrative duties associated with the department or project
* General duties associated with the Service task
* Available for overseas work as required

Our client works on both onshore, offshore and subsea projects in some of the most remote locations in the world. Their interests in Australia are with offshore, onshore and subsea aspects on mega-LNG and oil projects.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Circa 3 year's experience working as a Field Service Specialist in a similar role
* Mechanical or trade qualification
* Confident communicator with a customer focus
* Strong problem solving skills
* Strong adaptability to different environments working offshore for extended period of times
