Technical Support Specialist - Security

The Role:
My client is seeking for a Technical Support Specialist within Security to be the first point of contact for customers and sales staff for internal and external technical enquiries.

Key responsibilities:
* Handling and providing external and internal technical enquiries. Ensuring all enquiries are dealt with on time
* Providing technical training (on and off site where required) and service and commissioning support
* Maintaining and developing skills to keep up with new technology to ensure sales product training is up to date.
* Standardise processes, designs, equipment and tools within the business

To be considered:
* Demonstrate technical experience with skills in software, computer/network hardware and field hardware
* Tertiary qualifications in computer, electronics or equivalent electrical experience
* Experience within the security industry
* Proficient TCP/IP network and MS windows and Office
* Valid driver's license
