The Role:
JOB SUMMARY:

Operates under minimal supervision in equipment testing, repair, dismantle, assembly, coating and other duties associated to the service center.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs equipment tests, per applicable procedures and specifications, for pumps, motors, protectors, gas separators, intakes and monitoring tools.
- Completes test documentation and reports.
- Ensures good housekeeping of work area.
- Maintains tooling and equipment in good and safe working condition.
- Assembles and dismantles equipment per applicable RPS documents. Performs testing, during the dismantle process, as specified in dismantle MPI's, and records results.
- Machine or polish parts for assembly.
- General welding or welding on product as per specifications.
- May complete Assembly & Dismantle reporting forms (whether hand-written or DRS entry) and maintains dismantle files/ database.
- Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned as dictated by business needs and as assigned by management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- No direct reports. May be asked to perform shift leader duties in after hour situations.

QHSE
- Follow established job safety analyses (JSA's) and risk prevention and mitigation measures.
- Follow established systems, procedures, and processes, including, but not limited to, Quality Management System (QMS), Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI's) and Artificial Lift Field Operations Manual (ALFORM-S & ALFORM-D) .
- Remain current on Minimum and Job Related QHSE training.
- Maintain personal QHSE passport as specified by standard.
- Comply with all client and district policies and standards.
- Participate in all required QHSE training.
- Shut down any operation and contact supervisor for any operation deemed too hazardous to proceed.
- Stop any process and control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency has been corrected.
- Report hazardous situations, incidents and non-conformances as per relevant company standards.
- Train and mentor other employees as requested by management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
EDUCATION
- High school graduate.
- Vocational training in electrical/mechanical/machine/welding helpful.

EXPERIENCE
- Mandatory Momentum fixed step progression

WORKING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic electrical knowledge helpful.
- Proper use of hand tools.
- Basic mathematics.
- Needs to have average mechanical knowledge and ability.
- Basic submergible pumping system knowledge helpful.
