The Role:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities following the Company's Project Management Process.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Identify IT member and business users that need to be involved in the project.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Help assess work intake requests from the business to ensure the request is a viable project candidate.
- Create, track, and manage comprehensive, realistic project schedules and budgets and measure progress regularly (deliver on time, on budget, on scope with quality).
- Identify and communicate regularly and effectively with stakeholders throughout the project (including DE and DRB) Drive superior results in the management of IT projects throughout the project life cycle from original concept and framing through final transition to operations

Skills:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage ones time.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing and distribution of goods.
- Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive user stories, logical design diagrams, use cases and user interface (UI) design documents.

Education/Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Certified in Scrum Methodology, and with a Business Analyst Certificate.
