The Role:
Our client currently has an opportunity for a Project Administrator to join their Townsville office. This is the ideal role for someone who is efficient, enjoys building positive working relationships and has previous experience working within the engineering/ resources sector.

Covering a broad range of administrative tasks, this role will involve:
* Minute taking
* Weekly and monthly reports
* Document control
* Payroll related queries
* Coordinating travel and itinerary arrangements
* Preparing purchase order requisitions
* Formatting large documents

To be successful you will have:

* Previous project administration experience within the resources/ construction sector
* Strong competency with the Microsoft office suite
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Well developed verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to maintain confidentiality
* High levels of motivation and outstanding time management skills with flexible approach to working hours
* Ability to work within a team
