The Role:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their team whom has a professional, dynamic and friendly manner to manage the day-to-day running of their office.

As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Administration and office support
* Meet and greet clients and visitors
* Provide visitor management
* Provide customer service
* Co-ordinate meeting room booking and catering
* Photocopying, scanning and monitoring of stationary stock levels
* Document preparation
* Maintenance and facility management
* Travel coordination

To be considered for this position you will possess:

* An enthusiastic and positive attitude with a professional work ethic
* A high level of experience as a receptionist or administrator
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
