The Role:
Demonstrate HSE leadership within the group to support KPOC Health, Safety and Environment policies to ensure HSE issues are given primary consideration in all activities undertaken within area of responsibility.
2. Accountable towards asset performance in term of reliability and availability, ensuring all running to its intended functions and meeting its designed Performance Standards for both OCE and SCE
3. Lead in the preparation and management of the overall activities of providing the input to the development of the annual maintenance work program and budget
4. Ensure all contracts related to the maintenance core activities are executed safely and in compliance with terms and conditions set.
5. Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving asset and equipment performance and conditions in accordance with the Defect Elimination work process requirements.
6. Verify PM/CM work processes and execution in ensuring compliance with the CMMS procedure and quality PM/CM reporting.
7. Accountable as the first point of contact to provide necessary support to the site team to troubleshoot critical equipment upon request by the OIM and/or Maintenance Supervisor
8. Responsible in ensuring the required spare parts and tools are kept in the onshore or offshore warehouse in term of what spare parts and its quantity.
9. Provide necessary support to assess the competencies of I&E engineers, maintenance supervisor and technicians as and when required.
10. Coordinate with internal audits to conduct maintenance audit on behalf of the maintenance department.
11. Execute RCM work process and the tasks generated are complied with (through the PM routines) to achieve the optimal maintenance activities with the purpose of reducing cost to a minimal level without jeopardizing safety and integrity of asset.
12. Ensure minimal equipment downtime is achieved and hence production losses/deferment are minimized and suggests way and means to reduce maintenance OPEX
13. Initiate process and equipment root-cause analysis with site team and/or engineering support teams. Use the result to improve equipment reliability through effective PM

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
1. Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or equivalent.
2. Minimum 10 years of working experience in the maintenance environment with broad knowledge in instrumentation and electrical maintenance execution.
3. A hand on experience in the Oil & Gas (offshore) industry is preferred.
4. Malaysian applicants only
5. Priority on Sabahan applicants
