The Role:
Based in the Jakarta office, the successful candidate will:

- Provide process operation support and advice to offshore operation team.
- Perform process compliance audits and investigation on defect/failures on a regular schedule basis to ensure conformance.
- Takes initiatives to suggest improvement to process and other area related to process operation and maintenance integrity.
- Perform tasks as required by the Emergency Response Group as defined in the Emergency Response Manuals.
- Identify process non conformance, and take remedial actions.
- Specify corrective action to be taken on the process non conformances by way of submission of management of change requests.
- Be familiar with the process flow and piping layouts of FPSO, production data including average composition and flow rates, schedules for all programs including level 1 inspections, non destructive inspection program, riser inspections, vessel inspections, CUI, CUPS, etc and chemical injections points, recommended injections rate, actual injection rates, chemical products used.
- Provide confidence that the facilities can be safely operated to the defined performance standards
- Ensure the data required for system recertification is produced systematically and efficiently during operations.

This is a local package, only candidates holding the rights to work in Indonesia will be considered

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Have min of 10 years working in upstream Oil & Gas operating company. Preferably have worked least one FPSO project.
- Experience of process design on floating production System.
- Experience in providing support and in trouble shooting problem related to process facility.
- Effective analytical problem solving capabilities and ability to adapt to changing time pressure.
- Detailed knowledge of application of regulatory requirements, industry codes and standard relating to process engineering in the offshore oil & gas industry.
- Strong personal commitment to Health, Safety & environmental Performance.
- Ability to work proactively with minimum day to day supervision.
- Knowledge of the FPSO Emergency Response Organization and Plans.
