The Role:

  • Process customer orders daily on internal company system
  • Support customers for Solar Renewable Energy manufacturer
    * Provide telephone support during office hours and answer via email or phone
    * Answer requests from customers, field service or users where applicable
    * Provide all necessary material requests i.e. quotes, delivery notes
    * Ensure that the database is maintained to an accurate and excellent standard, with all quotes, deliveries and returns logged
    * To update the system in the process of booking units in and out

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • SAP experience highly desirable
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
    * Computer-literate in databases, spreadsheets and word processing
    * Effective time management
    * Excellent interpersonal skills
    * Excellent organisational skills
    * Works effectively under pressure
    * Possesses high energy
    * Must be highly dependable
    * Must be proactive with a background in customer service and administration roles
    * Performs multiple tasks simultaneously
