The Role: Working in Coleshill, Birmingham, B46
Our client is looking for a HR Officer to cover maternity leave for up to 9 months. (Potential for the role to go permanent after 6 months)

The position is based in Birmingham, B46 in a busy office with a shop floor/warehouse
The ideal candidate -

Must be able to make their own informed decisions on situations
Have experience in manufacturing environment
Have experience dealing with complex disciplinary procedures, grievances and absences
The client is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible.

Must be able to navigate HR systems, ideally SAP but not essential

There may be occasional travel to Nottingham.

Manufacturing background
Have up-to-date legislation knowledge
HR qualification
Ability to work on your own
Interacts well at all levels
Experience with Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
