The Role:

Bachelor Degree in Automotive, Technical Engineer or related fields.
Preferable Customer Service experience in Automotive Business.
Good Computer literacy skill and English communication (both verbal and written).
Strong Analytical skills as well as creative thinking, conflict management, and problem solving.

Special Skill Require:

Pleasant personality with service oriented.
Strong in team spirit and emphasis on coordination and case management skill.
Solid analytical capability, effective planning, reporting and multi tasks communication.
Creative thinking able to work in limited resources.

Special Experience Require:

Understand the sales and after sales service process, the technical knowledge is a plus
Good in computer skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM system) and proficiency in verbal and written communication both in Thai and English.

Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for Customer Care and Case Management Process, to ensure that all customer request and complaints are acknowledged, issued, coordinated or assigned to relevant persons until resolved in a timely manner and proficiently at highest customer satisfaction.
Be a center of customer communication on behalf of Thailand for complex sales and after sales topics for the luxury car by coordinating with internal Call Center, external Marketing and Social Media Agency, Dealers, and relevant departments within Thailand.
Responsible on court document, offering letter or service confirmation letter to customer.
Responsible for case analysis, case resolution KPI, create and distribute the customer inquiry report to all relevant persons.
Attend the training class and regularly self-update the information in both basic technical and non-technical knowledge at high level at all time.
Accountable of Customer Service Project or Initiative and also be a main user of CRM system maintenance / improvement.
