Dealer Development Manager

The Role:
* Planning dealer network supporting its growth strategy.
* Handle of dealer business management project.
* Set up new dealers and Ensuring company standards in the whole network and dealers profitability
* Overall training responsibility for technical and non-technical training.
* Definition of target, measuring methods and tools to improve customers satisfaction in sales and Service.
* Perform all analysis data for dealer and network development.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree (or higher) in Engineering, Business Administration or Management major.
* At least 7 years' experience in Dealer Network Development Management in Automotive , Motorcycle Industry (Sales, Marketing, Retail Steering) would be beneficial.
* Strong personality; creative thinking; good negotiation, communication and analytical skills ability to plan organize resource.
* Good skills e.g. Presentation skills (active and convincing), Interpersonal and organization skills with understanding of cross-cultural issue.
* Fluent both of Thai and English Languages both of Written and Spoken.
