The Role:
Major Responsibilities:

To manage, implements practices and activities of the full spectrum of HR activity and programs linked to organizational needs and works closely with the Management Team to support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives through the development, implementation, and management of HR activities.
* Evaluating plans & changes to plans and making recommendations to top management. Being responsible for leading, developing and integrating human resource programs that align with the company's direction to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
* Overseeing the development and implementation of company core competencies, core
values, and key performance measures into the performance management system.
* Developing and delivering training programs for all departments of the company and
subsidiaries.
* Defining, developing, delivering and maintaining talent management programs including
supporting the overall development of capability across the organization.
* Leading employee engagement surveys and presentations of results, recommending and
implementing action plans to top management
* Driving cultural change and defining succession planning with business heads.
* Communicating relevant HR information and updates to the management and ensuring that
this information is cascaded down to operational levels.
* Evaluating plans & changes to plans and making recommendations to top management.
Administration:
* Organize and supervise all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the
office.
* Ensure that the condition of the office is well maintained, arrange for necessary repairs to
ensure that the office meets health and safety requirements. Manage procurement activities,
and ensure sufficient supplies of office stationery and equipment at all times.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in HR, OD, Public Administration or any related fields.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience of leading HR in fast moving organization with
demonstrable success.
* Experience in strategic HR areas, including Performance Management, Talent
* Management, Leadership Development, Employee Engagement, and M&A integration.
* Strong human relations and people management skills.
* Strategic thinking, analytical thinking, and excellent communication and planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
