The Role:
Major Responsibilities:

A HR professional or business partner who works closely with BMW Leasing's leaders or line managers
in order to develop an HR agenda that closely supports the overall aims of the organization. Which is as
part of a successful modern HR function, along with shared services and center of expertise as
following tasks:
· Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to achieve corporate/business objectives.
· Manage and develop full spectrum of Human Resources, compliance with labor laws &
regulations and corporate policy, all including HR administrations, Recruitment, Employee
Relations, HR Development, Performance Management & Learning and Reward & Recognition
Programs.
· Plan and organize positive work environment and employee engagement.
· Counsel employees concerning work-related problems/issues and conduct exit interviews,
providing feedback to management when necessary.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with a recognized university degree in Human Resources
Management, Law, Political Science, General Management, Psychology or other related fields.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in handling overall HR execution
- Good knowledge and awareness of labor laws.
- Strong analytical, planning & organization and change management skills.
- Good interpersonal, service-minded, enthusiastic, proactive and communication skills with
business awareness is an advantage.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Special Skill Require:
- Having excellent knowledge of modern HR management and development
- Good conceptual thinking and communication skill, coaching Skill, problem solving, service
minded,
- Mature, Hands on, Result Oriented, Self-Motivation
- Fluent in Business English & Excellent communication skills

Special Experience Require:
- At least 3-5 years of experiences in HR business partners, HR development & Recruitment
function is a plus.
- Thorough understanding key legal compliance and other regulatory issues involved in HR
processes
