The Role:

Major Responsibilities

-Responsible for the after sales service operation and process, Technical campaign, warranty, complaint, training, monitor Dealer business and Service performance.
-Implementation of all activities (After-Sales Focus) on the basis of planning for long-term development of the motorcycle stock in the market in question. Integration of these subjects into the pre-budget discussions for annual planning with the aftersales Manager.
-Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns in service with the aim of optimizing workshop utilization and to promote turnover in the dealerships.
-Implementation of capacity planning within the framework of the LRP for the market in question (capacity planning is generated annually within the framework of the pre-budget discussion). Translation of these plant throughout the entire DO. Compilation of the regular service reports with requisite figures and simultaneous reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
-Costs planning foe warranty level 3 (goodwill) on the basis of the relevant market data. Monitoring of warranty -costs and goodwill-costs processing in the DO and implementation of regular checks of how warranty cases are handled. Decision on warranty cases in accordance with Group Guideline (warranty and goodwill processing.
-Assists responsible department in decision of MC warranty claims, alignment of technical background with UX-VA and potential market impact with sales manager and head of sales.
-Handling of technical enquiries from the DO and supply of the requisite information (e.g. Service Information, Parts Information) in relation to these enquiries for the DO. Implementation of campaigns, retrofit campaigns and recalls, along with tracking of their status in the DO, complete with appropriate technical support.
-Prepares action based quality reports for status of local assembled motorcycles to quality departments at Manufacturing Thailand . Steering of CKD related technical information to domestic and export markets in cooperation with central technical support team.
-Processing of customer correspondence and assurance of customer satisfaction with regards to After sales in the internet. Compilation and on going optimization of language codes for employees who are in contact with customers in the dealerships and in the subsidiary.
-Planning and coordination of all activities in Service in relation to the market launch of new models.
-Introduction and maintenance of measures for breakdown assistance (Mobility Service, Service Card) in accordance with agreements pertinent within the framework of the international standard of services.

Qualifications
-Bachelor / Master Degree in General Management or Engineering
-3-5 years' experience in automotive technology (e.g. production, development or technical service)
-Knowledge of automotive retail processes
-Experience in communication with service providers and customer
